Meet The Team
Here at Puddledub Pork and Fifeshire Bacon Company, our staff are devoted to doing as good a job as possible. We care about our customers.
I started Puddledub pork in 1999 and it has been a joy seeing it flourish over the years. It is good to see hard work turning into satisfaction for staff, customers and myself. I recognise that people are concerned about how food is produced.
Our philosophy is simple, we treat our animals as well as we can, we feed them on home grown feed as far as possible and then when the time comes we do all the butcher work, curing, sausage making, smoking, slicing and packing in our own premises. Quality control from conception to consumption is in my hands.
